Introduction

Working principle
Cyclone sand separator makes use of centrifugal separating to remove sand,as the water inlet pipe is installed at the eccentric of the housing ,when the water flows into the cyclone sand separator  through water inlet pipe,first it flow through the tangent line around the housing to form a flowing obliquely downward.the flowing water will revolve and flow downwards,when the flowing liquid reach the circular cone it will swirl around the axis ,then it flows out of the sand separator ,the impurities and pollutant will fall off from the inside surface onto the sand bucket under the action of inertial centrifugal force and its own gravity,there is a structure at the bottom of circular cone to prevent the pollutant to be ascending,when the impurities accumulated in the bucket reach the max capacity,just needs to open the manual butterfly valve,the impurities will flow out of the cyclone sand separator under the action of flowing water.

When the water flow under certain pressure from the water inlet to tangential into the equipment, resulting in a strong rotary motion, due to sand and water density, in the centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid drag force under the combined effect of low density Of the water rise, discharged from the outlet, the density of the sand from the bottom of the equipment out of the sewage outfall, so as to achieve the purpose of sand separating, with high sand-removing rate, saving installation space, the individual tiny solid leakage rate is low, working status Stability and other advantages.
