The component of product:
The product consists of: Feeding system, reaction system, control system, hybrid absorption system, security system and raffinate automatic processing system

Reaction principle: NaCLO3+2HCl— 'CLO2+ 1/2CL2+NaCL+H20

Raw materials:
Sodium chlorate (product of Industrial Grade I, GB/T1618-1995 and the content more than 99%);
Hydrochloric acid (product of Industrial Grade I, GB320-93 and the concentration more than 31%).

Material consumption
The production of one gram of available chlorine consumes 0.65g sodium chlorate andl. 3G hydrochloride, costing RMB 0.004 Yuan.

Performance features:
1. Producing a compound disinfection containing major chlorine dioxide and minor chlorine and theCLO2 content calculated according to the available chlorine is greater than 80%.
2. A high-quality imported electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump is used for the delivery of raw material, running stably and measuring accurately.
3. Composite materials imported with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance are used for there action kettle of the main engine within the equipment.
4. The conversion rate of raw materials is not less than 90%, consuming low energy.
5. A corresponding device is increased to achieve linkage with water treatment works including the constant pressure water supply.
6. A microcomputer control screen is used for freely setting the temperature, timely displaying the measuring temperature, over temperature alarm and automatic shutdown protection due to under voltage and lack of water or material.
7. Reserving RS485 interface to achieve residual chlorine, flow, equipment status output and remote control.
