RO System description

This project is designed according to the requirements of the users and adopts a reverse osmosis processing for pure water, raw water is running water or river, after the mechanical filtration for removing suspended substance, colloid and other impurities, then under the action of activated carbon filter, it remove organic matter in the water, chlorine, and color flavor. etc. Combined into complete pretreatment system to meet the requirements of RO( reverse osmosis )water, and to ensure the long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis device. After treated by RO (reverse osmosis) treatment, water has removed more than 98% of salt ,which can make its conductivity below 15 μ S/cm.

Operating 
The whole system consists of: pretreatment, reverse osmosis desalination section and a post treatment section
1. Pretreatment section consists of: mechanical filter, activated carbon filter and High degree filtration. Main function of this pretreatment equipment is to remove membrane material on the fouling of reverse osmosis .
2. Reverse osmosis desalination section: remove more than 98% of salt content in raw water ,this treatment equipment adopts physical desalting process and without pollution. It is low running cost for deionized water treatment equipment, stable water quality of effluent, and simple operation.
Processing characteristics: 
pretreatment on reverse osmosis desalination is the key section to success. 
This equipment equip with electrical display instrument and a pressure display meter, which can monitor water quality and pressure condition. host part of reverse osmosis equip with high and low pressure controller to eliminate of equipment losses during high and low voltage operation ,that is when inlet pressure for high pressure pump is too low, or excessive pressure because the equipment  dose not work for a long-term and the membrane is in blockage ,in this case, the system could stop working to protect the high pressure pump.
