Product features:

Filtration procedures:
1, Sewage flows into the filtration unit through water inlet
2, Water from outside into inside of disc filtration disc
3, Water flow through annular ribs in channel, particle whose diameter is bigger than its edge height will be intercepted, stored in the curve edge space, filtering disc and intervals of the shell.
4, Filtered water enters internal of the annular filter plate, then it flows out through outlet.
Operating state:
Filter disc under the action of spring force and the hydraulic pressure is close together. But when the water containing impurities pass it, the impurity particles will be trapped.
Back flushing state:
Control valve change the direction of water flow. When disc is loosened, the central nozzle will jet along the tangent, make the disc rotate, the hold back solid of plate will be washed out.

Design choice:
Each filter unit (4 ", 3 "or 2"), according to different raw water quality and different water accuracy requirement, generally is divided into four categories:
A, good quality water: The city tap water, from stable aquifer extraction well;
B, general quality water: Circulating cooling water, the precipitation treated surface water through effective precipitation and filtering completely;
C, poor quality water, water quality from poor aquifer groundwater extraction, through effective precipitation, but without the little or biological treatment of drainage, there are a large number of microbial breeding surface water;
D, very poor quality water: From dirty rich in iron or manganese of borehole extraction well, affected by rainstorms and without precipitation, surface water without precipitation and biological treatment of drainage. In order to ensure filter system better job status, class D need to improve water pretreatment a grade.
Material for equipment:
JY filter head made by enhanced polyamide plastic molding manufacture, anticorrosive wearing, can work under pressure 0.8Mpa. Filter plate material polypropylene plastics, seal for EPDM, inlet and outlet water and drain road for stainless steel material.
