Product features
1. The filtration precision is high, so it can be used for filtering particles of more than 0.2um at a time.
2. No filtering solution, adsorbent and catalyst can be adsorbed and damaged and no original components of the working medium can be changed.
3. It has good leakproofness and compact structure, so it is not easy to be damaged and is suitable for the production site with poor working conditions and no maintenance cost is needed.
4. Easy disassembly and scientific and diversified filter structure, satisfying a variety of filtration requirements. Automate production will be achieved through networking with PC.
Operation
Unfiltered liquid enters the housing above the bag or basket and passes down through them. Solids are contained inside the bag or basket, where they are easily removed when the unit is serviced.
A basket bail is pushed down by the closed cover to hold the basket against a positive stop in the housing. A radial seal prevents bypass of unfiltered liquid.

Filter Bag Housings are compact, space saving and designed for optimum filtration performance. The range provides filtration solutions for a broad variety of fluid applications in the process industry using bag filter technology. Filter Bag Housings are manufactured in accordance to meet the high demands of the process industries.
They can be used in processing chemicals, petroleum derivatives, coolants, cutting oils, cleaning fluids, waxes, paints, inks, resins, varnishes, lacquers, pharmaceuticals, plasticisers, plastisols, food stuffs, vegetable oils and edible oils. They are particularly useful for filtering large volumes of high viscosity liquids.
Equipment Connections can be NPT, BSP and ASA screwed or flanged in the different configurations to suit the customer's requirements. All bag filters vessels are compatible with all standard snap ring filter bags as well as our other custom designed bags. These can be supplied in single or multiple bags in a vessel assembly.
