Work principle
1. Prevention and removal of the scale- After heating there is scale in the water with the hard scale like calcium ion and magnesium ion as the main components. But actually, there is also the compound scale made up of the composition of the rust scale, the dirt scale from the impurity sedimentation with the hard scale. The comprehensive water processor solves comprehensively the compound scale issue with the control of the hard scale and the dirt. The first is to filter and condense the kinds of substances which could form the scale and reduce the concentration to reach the aim of controlling the dirt and most of the hard scales through the 3 ml comprehensive filter of active iron filter membrane, stop of the mechanical variable aperture and corona field effect. The second is to transmit the energy of the certain radio frequency energy to the processed water with the transducer to make the molecule arrange in order and stop the calcium ion and magnesium ion to form the crystal nucleus and further to reach the aim of scale prevention.
2. Sterilization and algae killing- The survival and the reproduction of the bacteria and algae require certain environment. The comprehensive water processor first will concentrate and drain the suspended matter, part of microorganism and impurity in the water to effectively reduce the water turbidity. It will deteriorate the reproduction environment of the bacteria and algae to reach the aim of restraining the reproduction. And then the processor will take use of the energy of the high-frequency wave to destroy the enzyme system of the bacteria and algae to restrain the metabolism and further to control the reproduction of the bacteria and algae.
3. Anticorrosion and filtration- In principle, the corrosion resulted from the contact of the water and metal is the electrochemical corrosion that is the microbattery effect. The work principle of the comprehensive water processor is to weaken and restrain this effect. The first is to make the water produce the negative state of the electron with the special frequency spectrum and form a dynamic charge coat on the inner wall of the pipe with the skin effect and further to change the potential difference of the different metal compositions of the wall of the metal pipe so that the battery circuit is cleared to restrain the electrochemical corrosion.
