Ultraviolet Sterilizer
Ultraviolet Sterilizer provides a safe means of water Purification, which has been a proven process for many years. This method is now widely recognized and accepted as the concern of bacterial contamination has increased.

By use of ultraviolet light spectrum in the range of 254nm, DNA and or RNA of bacteria, virus and pathogens are destroyed. The photon UV technology is a non-chemical approach to disinfection by ultraviolet light, spectrum exposure on surrounding bacteria, virus and pathogens. Using germicidal lamps that are designed to kill at 99.99% under a predetermined dose of UV, fluid and medium are disinfected for pharmaceutical, beverage, food and other manufacturing applications.

Approximately 95% of the ultraviolet energy emitted from Photon germicidal lamps is at the mercury resonance line of 254nm, the region of germicidal effectiveness most destructive to bacteria, mold and virus.

In addition to standard features outlined in the standard specification, several optional items (such as UV intensity monitors, tri-clamp connections to sanitary standard, stainless steel panel, and so on) are available to suit different industries.

Principle of Operation

UV sterilizers utilize germicidal ultraviolet lamps that produce short wave radiation lethal to bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms present in water.<o:p>
Ultraviolet water treatment purification is a unique and rapid method of water disinfection without the use of heat or chemicals.<o:p>
Through the years ultraviolet technology has become well established as a method of choice for effective and economical water disinfection.<o:p>
