Introduction
Silicon phosphorus grain is an economical high-tech water treatment products which can effectively prevent the water supplying system from corrosion and scaling.
The main ingredient is(NaPO3)n.
Production and testing:
Silicon phosphorus grain is melted into polymerization under high temperature of 1500Centigrade, it adopts atomic absorption spectrophotometer detection, each batch of our products must pass through the detection of food hygiene, active ingredient and dissolved amount. (For domestic product, production temperature is around 400-700Centigrade, heavy metals such as lead in phosphorylation will evaporate when it reaches 1200Centigrade, but there is no domestic testing standards to ensure the safety of product ).

1, Solve the problem of "yellow water" and "red water", to avoid secondary pollution on water to ensure the health and safety of domestic water.
2, Prevent corrosion and inhibit scale in water pipeline and equipment.
Working principle
1, scale inhibition
The main ingredient of NICRY effectively inhibit and interfere with the normal growth of calcium carbonate crystals, which control formation rate of crystal nucleus, inhibit it to deposit and form scale. Simultaneously, this action will also generate complex or chelating reaction on calcium, magnesium iron and which formed and attached on the inner wall of the tube, then with the help of Brown Motion or action of water flow, to reach the effect of dispersion.
2, antiseptic effect
Trace of P - P content in silicon phosphorus crystal isolates the chemical reaction between the dissolved oxygen in the water and metal ion, generate an amorphous an amorphous film which can automatically repair protect itself in the pipe wall, this layer with strong affinity molecular membrane could block corrosion from dissolved oxygen in water to inhibit the whole corrosion.
3, safety
NICRY is a chemical water treatment agent which can be safely used in drinking water system, whose pharmaceutical composition accords with standard of FAO/WHO, each batch of our products must pass through the detection of food hygiene, active ingredient and dissolved amount.
Dosage and usage
NICRY is a spherical chemical of slow dissolution. For a certain water supplying system, as long as there is a proper dosing tank with proper capacity to installed on main line, tank is filled with phosphorus silicon crystal. When the system needs to consumption water, NICRY enters the water consumption system. And begin to function. Dosing amount for imported products is generally at3-5PPM, that is 3-5 grams per each ton of water, but for drinking water it shall not be more than 5mg/L, max dosing amount for international standard is no more than 10 grams per ton of water, it is needless to consider this on application in industry.
NICRY is of convenient technical operation and without dynamic consumption, without increasing the resistance of the water system, usually it needs no special maintenance, but only adding silicon phosphorus crystal on it one time every 3 to 6 months.
Calculation method of dosing amount.
1. Basic consumption amount
Daily consumption(ton)× 5-10ppm(concentration)× 365days/1000=predetermined consumption of NICRY(Kg)
2. Complementary input amount
Daily consumption(ton)× 5-10ppm(concentration)× 90 days/1000=predetermined consumption of NICRY(Kg)
