Process
Raw water→ collection tank → raw water pump→ multi-media filter → activated carbon filter→ precision filter→ micro-filtration Membrane→ Ultraviolet sterilizer→Treated water
The whole system consists of pre-treatment section,micro filtration membrane desalination section
and back-end processing section.
1) pre-treatment section:which consists of multimedia filter,active carbon filter and ultrafilter.The main
function
of this section is to remove the substance which will pollute the micro filtration membrane.
2) Micro filtration membrane section,which makes use of Nanometer level physical aperture to separate
purify, refine and concentrate the substance in liquid.
1 pre-treatment section
This pretreatment section consists of multimedia water filter,active carbon filter and ultrafilter.the main
function is to remove the particles ,colloid,organic matter, color degree and residual chlorine in the raw water,which
reach the requirement of water flowing into the micro membrane and protect the membrane.
the pre-treatment section will solve these problems,
(1) Prevent the micro membrane to be scaling.
(2) Prevent the colloidal substances and suspended solid particles to be fouling.
(3) To prevent the large molecular organic matter, and microbial to be fouling;
(4) To prevent the oxidation substances damaging the membrane .
(5) Maintain the equipment in the long-term stable operation and yield stability.
1. Raw water pump
This system equip with one sets of stainless raw water pump,which could provide a water supplying
pressure to ensure water stable homogeneous flow through pretreatment equipment.
2. Multimedia water filterThe turbidity of treated water after multimedia filter is 2 degree below.
4) active carbon water filter
Working principle:adsorption capacity of activated carbon is mainly in the form of physical adsorption,
it also can be some selective adsorption,that is chemical adsorption.
Activated carbon is main adsorbent extensively applied in water treatment , lattices in various shapes
and
sizes which generated during the activation processing ,it will form a huge surface area,so contact surface between
carbon and water is very large, and the absorption capacity is strong .Effectively ensure the service life
of follow-up equipment, improve the water quality of effluent.During manufacturing of pure water,the role
of
activated carbon is mainly manifested in following four aspects,reduce oxidation degree in water,avoid organic substances
into the contamination of RO membrane module,removal of residual chlorine in water,remove three
halide
material (THM).
Set up a vertical active carbon filter with capacity of 0.5m3/h and dimension of dia350×1400,
and high quality shell charcoal filtration material will be filled in the filter.
5) Ultrafiltration filter(UF)
The reverse osmosis device configured with an ultrafilter(UF) whose output of 1m3/hour and filtration
precision of 5 μm ,which could prevent the particles from entering the pump and RO membrane module,or scratching the surface of the membrane.There are 7 pieces 40 "
polypropylene melt-blown cartridges in the precision filter container ,when the pressure difference reached 1kg/cm3 we
should replace it with a new one..Under normal operating conditions, this filter cartridge can maintain its life of more
than 2 ~ 3 months , and filter structure could meet the requirements of rapid replacement on filtration
cartridge.
2 Micro membrane
The main function is to remove suspended particles, colloids, organics,microbes, bacteria, virus and
bacillus.decolorization, removing oil .Degrades liquid turbidity,COD and BOD impurities.Micro
membrane technology has been applied in pre-treatment of sea water purifying,reclaimed water reuse and RO, chilled water treatment and preparation,
purification and reform of rural water and ultrapure water.compared with current technology,it is of standard design,
lower cost,higher output and no- continuous dosing and stable running.but with less labor ,less occupation,higher
automatic running
