installation for controller and refilling for resin
a.Before installation,the central pipe(with water lower distributor)be put into the 0.6mm below the central of resin-can,then cut the pipe and make a angle.then the central pipe will be sealed.(the central pipe and lower distributor has been installed before delivery,seal the entrance is to prevent the resin flow into the central pipe )
b. Put the resin into the resin-can through the around of central pipe,and the resin particles should be paved at the bottom.
c. The above processing should ensure the central pipe be at the central position of resin-can.
d.Take out the sealing tape from the central tube.
e. The upper distributor should be installed into the base of control valve,place the O ring,the central pipe insert the central pipe then fasten the connection.
f.point the controller to the central tube,rotate the valve clockwise till the valve fixed on the interface of resin-can.(during the installation, the central tube must insert the valve)

When raw water with rigid ion passing resin in the exchanging cylinder, Ca2+,Mg2+ in water is exchanged and absorbed by Na+ in resin, wiping off Ca2+,Mg2+ and carbonate or non carbonate rigidity, is called softened water. The resin must be regenerated after absorbing some Ca2+,Mg2+, regeneration is washing resin layer using brine in salt box. Na+ in salt water exchange the rigid ion of resin into water, then discharged with regeneration liquid off the cylinder, recovering exchanging capacity, and continuously softening water.

How Do Water Softeners Work?
Water softeners undergo a certain process to treat hard water. In this process, the supplied water will pass through a tank filled with charged ion resins. These rows of resins are usually charged with sodium ions (which is often considered as the most effective agent in treating hard water) or potassium ions to effectively "trap" all the unwanted scum behind. As water passes through the resin bed, the sodium or potassium ions are released into the liquid while chemically attracting all the calcium and magnesium mineral ions into the resin beads at the same time. This method of exchange is referred to as Ion Exchange and it is very necessary to make the water soft.
