YSG series of water filter with self-cleaning exhaust is a multi-functional systematic assembly with the functions of automatic alarm with pressure difference, air water separation and filtering. The filter is with a strong capacity of self-cleaning and the strainer need not to be washed frequently. It could remove effectively the impurity like the scale, old dirt, mud and air to make sure the cleanness of the water It is used extensively for the industrial cooling water system, air-conditioning water system, heat-exchange water system, hot water supply system for production and living and hot water heating and boiler water system.
Work principle
The air in the water system will easily cause the corrosion and damage to the parts and machine like pump, heat exchanger, refrigerating machine and the system life and the efficiency will be reduced. It is not effective to set the exhaust valve on the highest point. The air dissolved in the water will form bubble again when the pressure reduce. Especially before the pump a lot of air will be separated. Water filter with self-cleaning exhaust is based on the mechanism of air-water separation, sedimentation and filtering, when the water in the cooling water system, hot water system and chilled water system gets into the filter, the volume will enlarge, the flow rate will reduce rapidly, the bubble in the water will be separated and ascend to the gathering area. The small bubble will be absorbed on the air-water separation device. When the small bubble gets into a big one, it will ascend to the gathering area and be discharged from the automatic exhaust valve. For the circulating water with dirt, the dirt will subside with the water flow in the filter. After getting through the air-water separation device, the dirt is accelerated and subsided quickly at the both sides of because of the large capacity of the dirt storage area. The drainage valve should be opened regularly for the capacity of the dirt storage area is large. After separated from the air and the dirt, the pure water will flow into the pump entrance through the filter cartridge. The action of the pump and the water impact will cause the vibration of the filter cartridge, which will cause the residual sticking on the outer side of the filter cartridge to fall off and realize the self-cleaning.
