By-pass filter for chilled water as a by-pass filtering equipment of closed industrial circulating water is used
 to filter the circulating chilled water
 and its control modes consist of manual backwash and automatic backwash. The system is generally 
backwashed once every three to seven days in the circulating process, effectively improving the quality of 
chilled water and ensuring excellent and stable water quality after intervention to long-term running. The 
device has small water consumption and is widely used in the cleaning of all types of 
industrial and commercial chilled water circulation system as well as refrigerant water and heat medium 
water systems of central air conditioning, improving the stability of equipment operation. Users may weld 
and conned in parallel the by-pass filters in main return pipes depending on the conditions of circulation 
system and the pipe diameter 
should be determined based on the retaining water yield of parallel circulating water. The sewage water is
 then discharged into the sewerage network.

 How it works( Shallow medium filter):

Flushing filter state:
      When the system is filtered state, the unfiltered water through self-developed unique water distributor uniform water distribution, water through the filter to laminar flow conditions within the filler layer (refined grains are quartz sand / garnet). When water flows over the packing layer, impurities are trapped in the filler layer. Bottom of the filter with multiple evenly distributed catchment, the filtered water and leads to uniformly collect, advection filter, the filter can filter at high flow rates, can achieve better filtering results
 
Backwashing state: 
     With the impurities accumulate in the filler layer continuously, the internal pressure head losses will continue to grow. When the inlet, the pressure head loss reaches the set value, the system will automatically activate the constant pressure device to switch to backwash the state, when the end of this table backwash, water valve to change direction in order to achieve one by one water backwash, cleaning easier accumulate up impurities. 
   When the system is in state anti-washing, filtering continues, which should be the standard unit backwash sand filter tank is not, the system of other standard sand tank still in the filter unit. Filtered clean water part of the standard unit used to backwash the sand tank, the rest are still sent to the user Department. 1. The connection for equipment inlet/outlet water pipe and drainage pipe with system is standard flange connection.
2. Pre-installed pressure gauge on inlet and outlet pipe;Drainage pipes increased regulation valves and observation tube.
3. Pre-installed manual valve on inlet and outlet pipe, to ensure that the sewage smooth;
4. Equipment installation at 200mm high cement platform without the basis of embedded, need 220V50Hz power outlet (power controller) nearby.
