Structure and work principle
Automatic backwashing filter is made up of the high quality carbon steel cartridge, stainless steel wedge strainer of special structure, electric actuating mechanism and drainage device. When the filter works, the electric actuating mechanism will lead the butterfly valve to open, the water flow gets into the filter through the entrance, after the filtering with the strainer to the exit. When the filter requires the drainage, the butterfly valve will close and the drainage valve will open. After the filtering with the first half of the strainer, part of the water flows into the system through the exit. The rest water will flow from the outer side of the second half of the strainer to the inner side. And it is discharged from the drainage exit. It is with the use of automatic backwashing of the strainer Then during the whole washing process the system could run normally without stop.

Filtering precision: D=1.0mm
Other: Work pressure, filtering precision and the specification could be manufactured according to the special requirement of the customer. The connection dimension of flange will be according to GB-9119.9-88.
