Working principle
Inevitably, there's air in the heating and cooling water circulation system and it is mainly from systems water refilling and leaks of pipeline. The air in the system exists in three forms: Form I, the air is gathered as air mass at the high points or the local high points of the system, such as pipeline corners and the top of heat exchanger (radiator and fan coil), etc: Form II, the air moves as free bubbles with the water cycle in the system; Form Ill, the air is dissolved in the water and moves with the water cycle. Among above three air existence forms, Form I and II are free air and Form Ill is dissolved air; These three forms be mutually converted continuously, but the existence volume in each form will be relatively stable in the absence of the ambient condition change.
The air in water will adversely impact the heating and cooling water circulation system. The air resistance generated by the air accumulation will result in uneven system resistance and poor circulation system, producing noise, cavitation and aired up, which will reduce the pump's effectively lift and operating efficiency and reduce the life of the equipment and pipeline; Bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger will reduce the efficiency of the heat transfer: The system air resistance will cause the difficulty in system debugging and manual exhaust is often required during operation. Oxidation in the system will cause oxygen corrosion of the system which will reduce the life of the system and directly impact the security of the entire system.
In view of the above problems, the vacuum degasser developed by our company can greatly shorten the exhausting time after the initial water flooding to the heating or cooling system, which is highly conducive to the initial commissioning and operation of the system. The air in the system is removable online to prevent air resistance, thus ensuring a stable and reliable system during normal operation. Vacuum degasser applies to all kinds of heating or cooling water circulation system and its work time and cycle can be adjusted as required. The applicable system capacity of a single unit can be up to 150m3 and several units can be used in parallel for a large circulation system.
