Industrial Backwash Self Cleaning Water Filter
Back flushing self-cleaning filter is used to filter and block the particulate impurities in the low viscosity liquid. Filtration running of back flushing self-cleaning filter. When the unfiltered liquid flows into back flushing self-cleaning filter, it will flows from the inside to external of the filter cartridge. In this case, polluted particles in the liquid will be intercepted in internal of smooth filter cartridge. As the intercepted pollutants become more and more, the pressure difference between the pollution and clean side of the filter will be increasing. When this pressure difference increased to preset difference, the filter will start to back flushing automatically.

The pressure generated from the external of filter and outfall pipe will allow small amount of cleaned liquid after filtration to flow from outside to internal of filter cartridge, polluted particles intercepted in the external of filter cartridge will rush out of the filter along the wash arm and outfall pipe.
4When backwash time for each filter is up, the valve of back flushing will be closed, just like this, each filter cartridge will be cleaned in turn, then a recycle of back flushing is over.
