A. Product introduction
Bag filter is a specialized liquid filtration apparatus which can effectively remove contaminants in the liquid, drastically improve the quality of the liquid. When using a bag filter machine, liquid enter from the right side of the entrance into the body, and then flow into the filter bag from the top. Due to the impact of the liquid and the uniform pressure, the filter bag expands and attaches to the stainless steel mesh net wall. The liquid flows downstream through the bag, while the outflow through the filter screen to complete the filtering process. Pollutants are blocked down by filter bag, then left in the bag inside, which can be removed during cleaning and replacement bag.
Our company manufacture this bag filter with single or more bags in different specifications and stainless steel (material SUS304). The cylinder head and barrel are connected with quick-fitting flange. Cylinder wall thickness is 2mm on-wards, and can be manufactured according to customer requirements. Bags are fixed with band spring or pressure lever. Filter materials can be nylon, polypropylene, polyester, nom ex, polit-ef, etc. The bag filter applies in water treatment, food and beverage, chemicals, acrylic device, made of flowers, coatings and paints, fine chemicals, petrochemicals, electronics, air-oil ash, binders, various oils, compressor refrigerant, a variety of plating solution and so on.
B. Main features:
1, Cover uses union nut rings structure, convenient to replace filter bag, put pressure on the average. It has a good seal effect.
2, The bag has a variety of materials, specifications, precision for choose to meet the requirements of different flow filtration.
3, Configure with supportive net tube, which can effectively prevent the deformation of bag to ensure the effectiveness and prolong life.
4, A variety of takeover mode (flange, inner wire, fast access), a variety of import and export patterns (side into the bottom or the side into the side), to meet different customer site installation requirements.
5, The bag with spring pressure to impact tightly, can effectively prevent leakage of unfiltered liquid.
6, Filter housing, supportive net tube are made of the material of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which are corrosion resistance, good pressure resistance, surface mirror polished and beautiful appearance.
C. The filter bag
1 The bag has large surface area and volume. At the same filtering criteria, capacity of a piece of 2 # filtering bag is the same as 12-18 pieces of typical 10PP filtering cartridge does. It is the best choice to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
