Working procedures
The raw water flow through the multimedia filter which was filled with quartz sand filter material, which could remove the mud, sand, rust, and oil. The active carbon is used to absorb and remove all odor, color, detergent, and soap in the water. UF(ultrafilter)could filter out the residual mud, sand, rust, and oil to ensure the output water quality. The micro membrane could remove high molecular compound, clay, paint, minerals, the emulsion particles, microorganisms, grease, oil, detergent and water emulsion. Ultraviolet sterilizer is to kill bacteria in water.
Micro-filtration membrane separates the liquid in the material by physical aperture nanometer level, there will be no phase separation process, no change for the separating material, and will be no secondary residue problem.
Micro-filtration is the core technology of this treatment, which mainly remove suspended matter, colloid, chroma, turbidity, organic matter, bacteria and Escherichia coli and other impurities. According to the characteristics of raw water, the equipment sections installed here consists of pump for raw water, multimedia filter, active carbon filter, UF, micro-filtration membrane and ultraviolet sterilizer.
II, Membrane backwash instructions:
A backwash: 1 # valve # 2 valve opens; Valve 3 # 4 # valve is closed;
B, run: 1 # valve # 2 valve closed; Valve 3 # 4 # valve opens.
