Industry Activated Carbon Plant Sand Media Pressure Filter Price
Description:
Activated carbon filter is mainly used for adsorption water free chlorine (99%) removal, get rid of some other filters cannot remove the solubility of organic matter, such as phenol, aldehyde, textile dyes, pesticides, etc., organic matter and chromaticity also had higher removal. Is softening, out of pure salt system manufacturing process equipment pretreatment. Filter material for activated carbon. Equipment main material for carbon steel corrosion, steel lining rubber and stainless steel, etc.
Working principle:
This carbon filter consists mainly of carbon layer and supporting layers. Activated carbon has developed porosity, surface area, has the very high adsorption ability. It is by active carbon this characteristic, it is in the deep treatment who is widely used, such as drinking water, sewage hind paragraph (water) deep processing, etc.
Use active carbon adsorption after period of time, a large amount of adsorption qualitative, gradually becoming saturated, lose working ability, serious when will penetrate filter layer, and therefore should be timely regenerate active or replacement.
Supporting layer's main function is to prevent activated carbon from equipment in water erosion, when using rinse water plays a certain role uniform cloth.
The main technique parameters:
Filtration speed: 8-12m/h water turbidity: < 15mg/L
Effluent turbidity: 5mg/L working temperature: under normal temperature
Working pressure: < 0.4 Mpa filter material layer height: 1000-1200mm
Reverse-wash compressed air quantity: 18-25L/m2. S compressed air pressure: 0.1-0.2 Mpa
Reverse-wash strength: 15L/m2. S (single) 12L/m2. S (double) backwash time: 5-10 minutes
FAQ:
01. how small a solid needs to be removed,
02. how dirty the water is,
03. how the water will be used once it is filtered,
04. and the source of backwash water needed to clean the filters.
