1. Control principle of dynamic ion clusters
Spray— Type cooling tower is the best place for legionella reproduction. Legionella is an atypical pneumococcus, which can reproduce rapidly in water of 25— 42t. Legionella is usually found in air conditioning cooling towers, humidifiers, cold— Water pipelines and hot— Water pipelines. Carried by splashing water drops and dust, legionella gets into rooms through ventilation system and fresh air system of air— Conditioning.
Scale inhibitors containing phosphate and other polymers
Cooling water in the system will be highly concentrated. As a large amount of phosphates may adhere to mental surface, it is easy to form scale. In addition, polyphosphate can be hydrolyzed into orthophosphates which may form phosphate scale later. Although cooling water is highly concentrated, compound agent containing phosphate and scale inhibitor containing polymers can give full play to their functions of corrosion and scale inhibition
Photocatalysis is mainly composed of nano— Sized titanium dioxide. It can absorb ultraviolate rays from sunshine to form active superoxide, to damage cell membranes of cells where viruses are hidden, to coagulate the protein of viruses, and to prevent the activity of viruses and reproduction of bacteria. Almost 99.9% of bacteria can be sterilized.
Oxidizing fungicide is usually a kind of strong oxidant. It can oxidize enzyme which is used by microorganisms for metabolism and further to kill microorganisms.
Non— Oxidizing fungicide is a toxic agent, which can disrupt metabolism of microorganisms or split cell walls.
Stripping agent added in cooling water can be used to make microorganisms falling from the system. It cannot be used to kill microorganisms, but can make microorganisms falling from the system and remove them by washing them away or using fungicide. The main feature of stripping agent is that it can remove microorganic slime to provide a clean system. It is the best way to prevent the growth of legionella.
