Introduction
YSG series self-cleaning exhaust exhaust water filter is a multi-functional systematic filter with the functions of automatic pressure difference alarm, air water separation and filtration. The filter is of strong self-cleaning ability and the strainer does not need to be washed frequently. It could effectively remove the impurity,old scale, old dirt, mud and air,which ensure cleanwater output.It is widely used in the industrial cooling water system, air-conditioning water system, heat-exchange water system, hot water supply system for production , residential water, hot water heating and boiler water system.
Working principle
The air in the water system will easily cause the corrosion and damage to the system parts such as pump, heat exchanger, refrigerating machine,which affects the service life and reduce the working efficiency.. It is not effective just to set the exhaust valve on the highest position. The air dissolved in the water will form bubble again when the pressure is reduced. especially a lot of air will be separated before the pump section.
Self-cleaning air exhaust water filter is designed based on the mechanism of air-water separation, sedimentation and filtering, when the water from the cooling water system, hot water system and chilled water system flows into the exhaust filter, the volume will be expanded , the flowing speed will reduce rapidly, the bubble in the water will be separated and ascend to the gathering area. The small bubble will be absorbed on the air-water separation device. When the small bubble gets into a big one, it will ascend to the gathering area and be discharged through the automatic exhaust valve. For the circulating water contains pollutant, the pollutant will subside with the water flow in the filter. After flow through the air-water separation device, the sewage is accelerated and subsided at the both sides of pollutant area.because of large capacity for pollutant storage area. It just need to open the drain valve regularly to discharge out the pollutant.
After the air and the pollutant is separated from the water, the pure water will flow into the pump inlet through the filter screen. Under the action of the pump and the water impact,teh filter screen will vibrate, residual pollutant sticked on the outer side of the filter screen will fall off to realize the self-cleaning function.
