Working principle
In the closed-cycle system, it is necessary to set a pressure-stabilizing expander to guarantee the stability of the system pressure. When the system pressure drops, the pressure of water chamber of pressure tank connected thereto also decreases, the volume of the gas chamber expands and the pressure is also reduced, the water pump is automatically opened to refill water till the pressure is close to the lower limit set by the control system and it stops running until it reaches the set upper pressure limit. When the water is heated in the system, the temperature rises and the volume expands, the pressure of gas chamber is extruded and the system pressure increases, the water in the system flows to the expander (or softening tank) through the safety pressure relief device until the system pressure reaches the limit value and the pressure relief stops until the system pressure decreases to the set value.

Performance characteristics
The small size pressure-stabilizing expander unit as a special technical device is able to set the expansion part and gas pressure stabilizing part separately, so that the most expansion capacity of the system can be stored in isolated expander and the volume utilization can be up to 90%, therefore, the whole volume and height is smaller, saving 50% -60% of land and facilitating the arrangement and installation of equipment and also saving the civil engineering cost of the machine room.
It is safe and simultaneous advanced automatic control system. It has double pumps for both alternating running and simultaneous running. It has functions of a low water level protection and anti-pressure instability, etc. Which could ensure sketch the safe and stable operation of the device.
