Automatic back flush industrial sand filter is usually called depth filters, water flows through a certain thickness, media layer with a certain particles size, then reached the filtering effect .
The media may be quartz sand ,gravel or granular materials. filtration level depends on the particles diameter and flow speed through filter bed.Nanjing beite provides a series of various forms of such product sand accessories,can also provide control system for using single or multiple parallel situation.
The filter,needed water is boosted to 0.6MPa by pump to filter through the strainer. It can be divided into single flow type and double flow type. The single flow one is that the water flows from upper to lower and the double flow one is that the water entered from the top and the low, and came out from the middle of the cartriage. By filling material situation, it can be divided into single layer, double and multi-layers mechanical filter.
This equipment applies for pre-treatment in ion exchanging water soften system and desalting system, pre-filtration of the reverse osmosis device, wasted water filtration, industrial supply rough filtration and swimming pool water filter system, etc. Filtrated material size is depend on water quality.
when the system is in filtering status, unfiltered water flow through the distributor with the action of shell with flat flowing to enter the filtering sand material layer, when water flows through the filtering material layer, impurities are trapped in the filtering material layer. the filtered water will be collected by collector and outflow uniformly. smooth filtering could realize the high speed filtering and good filtering effect.
Back-washing status
With the continuous accumulation of impurities in the filter layer, head loss will continue to increase. The factory setting with backwash once in24 hours , when it reaches the setting time, automatic back-washing will be started to clean accumulated impurities.
The working principle is back-washing recoil and surface cleaning.
