Installation&commissioning
1, in front of installation,it must be clear:
a, This equipment import and export connects pipeline's nominal diameter and the connection method;
b, inlet pressure
C;Relative position of inlet and outlet pipes.
1, Equipment setup:
a, The equipment setup in in the interior on the ground,for it is easy to operate,and the ground should smooth.
b, the direction of the inlet and outlet pipe,should be followed strickly by divice ID.
c: when you install the device need not to remove the two sealing nut,plug into germicidal lamp,connecting single four-pin connector ,than,it is OK.if you need to replace the quartz steeve,should be slead at both ends under the cage nuts or clip nuts ,replaced.and be careful of the quartz steeve.
d, when using this equipment should be vertical or straight horizontal placed,or screwed to the bracket.end of pipe should higher than.
2,Debugging after installing
a, pipe match power source
b, After closed circuit breaker, seal electrically controlled box
c, Opens the inlet valve gate to enter the water slowly first, wait one ro two minutes after the hydrostatic is stability,make sure that the device is full of water.
d, closed working power ,the work instructs lit, cleaned instructs lit
e, pay attention to the alarm system if it works OK,and the cheaning motor is running or not!
3, full automatic cleaning was set to clean every 12hour
Exploitation conditions
1, Water temperature: 5ºC~50ºC; Use ambient temperature: - 5ºC~50ºC; Surroundings relative temperature:< 93% (while temperature is 25ºC)
2, Voltage: Direct current 110V-240/50HZ/60Hz.
3, Cultivation water: After filtration or other processing filtration freshwater, seawater
4, if the water need to be processed but the quality cannot meet the above requirements, should be process in advance, such as flucculation,sedimentation,filtration.
