Quartz Sleeve Tube for Protecting The UV Sterizer Lamp
The quartz tube is used mainly for protecting the UV lamp tubes in the water. In order to increase the UV penetration, the International Standard for Fused Quartz Lamp Tubes is adopted and the tube is made of materials containing low OH, of high purity, high transmissivity (more than 90%). Steady chemical performance and high resistance to high temperature and acid. The surface of the quartz lamp tubes is often attached with various suspended substances. Therefore, an automatic or manual cleaning device should be installed to the quartz tube. Based on the operation environment, the service life of the quartz tube is generally 1-3years.

Optimal service condition
As UV is a short- wavelength light wave, it has low radiant energy and weak penetrating power and can only kill the microorganisms it directly radiates on. Therefore, in order to enhance the bacteria-killing efficiency and ensure the security of drinking water, the incoming water into the sterilizer must meet the following standard, (and if exceeding the following standard, the killing efficiency may be affected).
