I.Working procedures
The raw water flow through the multimedia filter which was filled with quartz sand filter material,which could remove the mud, sand, rust,and oil.The active carbon is used to absorb and remove all odor, color, detergent, and soap in the water.UF(ultrafilter)could filter out the residual mud, sand, rust,and oil to ensure the output water quality.The micro membrane could remove high molecular compound, clay, paint, minerals,the emulsion particles, microorganisms, grease, oil, detergent and water emulsion.Ultraviolet sterilizer is to kill bacteria in water.

Micro-filtration membrane separates the liquid in the material by physical aperture nanometer level,there will be no phase separation process,no change for the separating material,and will be no secondary residue problem.
Micro-filtration is the core technology of this treatment,which mainly remove suspended matter, colloid, chroma, turbidity, organic matter, bacteria and Escherichia coli and other impurities.According to the characteristics of raw water ,the equipment sections installed here consists of pump for raw water,multimedia filter,active carbon filter,UF,micro-filtration membrane and ultraviolet sterilizer.
II,Membrane backwash instructions:
A backwash:1 # valve # 2 valve opens;Valve 3 # 4 # valve is closed;
B, run:1 # valve # 2 valve closed;Valve 3 # 4 # valve opens.

Start,performance and maintenance for water pump
It is forbidden that there is no media for idling to avoid any damage on sealing and sliding bearing.
1.The water pump could be started only with full of water(or liquid)
Irrigation For pump in intrusion system.
Close pump outlet valve,open the bleeder screw head pump plugging,slowly open the water inlet valve till the steady water flow gush bleed screw plug,then tighten bleed screw plug.
When the level below the pump ,start pump in the open system of irrigation.
Before you start the pump, exhaust the air, filled inlet pipe and pump with water.

It is not permitted to start the pump before filled in the water and exhaust the air completely.
Note the exhausting plug vent direction carefully to ensure the spilled water will not hurt any person ,will not harm pump and other parts.In the applications of hot water,specially careful to avoid any danger.
1.Check the direction of rotation
Switch on the power, observe the direction of rotation (see fan),the correct rotation direction is that seen from the motor side,the pump should be in counter clockwise rotation.
Checking before start the pump.

Anchor bolt screwed tightened or not.
The net power voltage is right or not.
The pump is full of water and liquid could freely flow or not
The rotation direction is right or not.
All pipes are closely connected, whether water supplying pipeline is normal.
Whether the water inlet valve is complete open,the water outlet valve should be open slowly after the pump started
If there has installed the pressure gauge,check the working pressure.All controls for normal running.If the pump is controlled by pressure switch,check,adjust and witch-off the pressure.Examine the motor with full current should not exceed the max permitted data from the pressure switch.
Running of the control pump

The pump could not be start too frequent,we suggest that it should not be exceeding 100 times within one hour.
The capacity of water pump should be controlled between 0.7 to 1.3 times as rated capacity.
Exami

Ne whether there is some noise during pump running,you must stop machine for examination and solution if there is some abnormal.
If the starting is too frequent,you must adjust and control the equipment to reduce the on-off frequency.In this case,you need to checking the installation.
