Functions and applications
The automatic sewage-sucking brush filter is widely used in all water systems, especially the continuous working water system. It could remove teh descalings and all mechanical impurities to reach the purpose of descaling and algae killing and ensure the safe and reliable working, which is the ideal replacement of imported ones. All indexes full reach or exceed equivalent imported ones.
The structure and principle of
Automatic sewage-sucking brush filter is composed by 304 stainless steel brush, stainless steel strainer cleaning devices and other main structure parts, both cleaning and sewage discharging will be finished by the drive motor and the electric valve automatically, the operation mode could be automatically (or manual), it could be time-setted or pressure-difference discharging.
When water flows through the filter, mechanical impurities will be intercepted by filtering screen, when the impurity accumulated on screensurface area increases and the pressure difference reached 0.06MPa, pressure difference switch will send a signal, the driving motor start and blow-down valve opens, the impurities deposited on the filter will be brushed down then sucked out from sewage-sucking outlet then discharged from outlet, during the whole brushing and sewage-discharging process without any pause stopping. Meanwhile, this filter could be time-setted cleaning and blow-down also with manual cleaning draining, which ensure the water is safe all the time.
Applications scopes
01. Remove mechanical impurities in cooling water, pollutant water, water plant and water supplying.
02. Iron-steel industry, paper-making, chemistry, plastic and irrigation water systems.

4. The main parts is made of top carbon steel with corrosive-resistance and longer lifespan, the shell could be also with high corrosive to sea water stainless steel.
5. The electric parts is adopted with excellent quality components, littlle water consumption for backwashing, no more than 1% of the total flowing water.
